How to make a delicious Snow Pea Saute with your fresh garden veggies!

Bok Choy and Snow Pea Saute - Using the Garden Veggies

Welcome back to the Using the Garden Veggies series here on Little House Living. It's a new week and that means we are featuring a new recipe using a deliciously fresh garden veggie...the Snow Pea! My boys love growing peas in the garden and happy to grow them for them.

Snow Peas make a great addition to many meals, especially stir fries. Our featured recipe this week comes from Ann's Entitled Life and not only is it simple but it uses both Bok Choy and Snow Peas which you might be getting both of from your garden right now!

Truth be told, I'm not a big fan of peas (except for in stir fry!) so I don't have many recipes here on Little House Living using that particular veggie. But I do have a great post that talks all about Freezing Peas and Broccoli so that you can enjoy them all winter long!

Keep watching all through the summer for more great ideas and recipes for Using the Garden Veggies. And make the most of your garden and harvest this year by using my simple Gardening and Preserving Journal!

What do you like to make with your snow peas?

just read your story and it brought tears to my eyes.We were in the same situation when we were first married. Now we will celebrate 51 years together on May 28. We are still homesteaders, trying to live sustainly, growing a huge garden and freezi g and canning for winter. We seem to have all we NEED but sometimes come up short.God has blessed us with a great love for each other. and that always gets us thru anything. Keep up the good work on your blog. I love reading your work. Love, peace and joy to you.
