Campfire Corn on the Cob – Using the Garden Veggies
I’m back again with another delicious recipe this week for our Using the Garden Veggies series! How has your garden been growing lately? I imagine that you are in the thick of the harvesting season now. Me too!
Today’s featured veggie is Corn. Did you grow corn in your garden this year? It’s one veggie that I haven’t (successfully) grown yet but I’d like to someday.
Fresh corn right on the cob has a taste that can’t be beaten. Even if you can’t grow your own, it seems that sweet corn can be found in abundance at roadside stands this time of year so you should be able to find some!
I love today’s recipe because it’s perfect for making over a campfire if you and your family love to get out in the great outdoors or if you like to cook over a fire or grill in your own backyard.
