Welcome to the fourth week of our challenge! Remember this isn't just about cleaning things up, it's about getting rid of all the things you aren't using and don't really need that are causing clutter in your life.

Make sure you have boxes for donation and "get-rid-of" items plus bags for trash. I also recommend reading through the book Simpler Living as we work through this challenge.

This week we are cleaning up anywhere else in your home that we may not have hit over the first four weeks. (Bathroom, any extra bedrooms, ect) If you don't have any more rooms to clean, this week you can just make a clean sweep through the whole house and gather up anything else you might have missed.

I'll be posting again in a few days so we can share our cleaning accomplishments (aka: how many bags of trash you cleaned out, how many boxes of things you are getting rid of).

What are the biggest challenges you will have cleaning out the rest of your house this week?

I love all the ideas I’ve come across in your pages and have used many of them. One thing I would like to share is that I have many sentimental but useless items … gifts I treasure but they are basically ‘dust collectors’. I am taking pictures of them and can put that on a thumb drive or CD and look and remember anytime I want without the clutter.
