Easy Cheesy Goulash

I made this recipe the other day while trying to find something new for us! We are kind of bored of the same old thing, you know how you get in a rut sometimes! Well, this recipe is husband approved(so basically kid approved!). My hubby went back for more than one serving so you know its good!
What you need:
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes(I used home canned)
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 package of Mac and Cheese(I used Annie's because that's my fav!)
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
Brown up the ground beef in a large fry pan. Add tomatos(undrained), water, and Mac & Cheese(noodles and sauce). Let simmer for about 10 minutes or until the noodles are done. Then remove from heat and put cheese on top. Serve when cheese is melted.
