We were pretty boring this week. It was a huge canning week for me and I put up over 100 jars of peaches, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions. On our big canning weeks I just go for easy things!

What are Irish nachos?
Kind of like loaded nachos but on oven cooked potatoes versus chips.

Keep an eye on the ingredients in the cottage cheese. We just found out that most cottage cheeses are not gluten free
