We were pretty boring this week. It was a huge canning week for me and I put up over 100 jars of peaches, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions. On our big canning weeks I just go for easy things!

  • Cheesy Potato Soup

Kind of like loaded nachos but on oven cooked potatoes versus chips.

Monday: Passionate Penny Pincher’s Best Ever Cheesy Baked Spaghetti

Tuesday: Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Wednesday: Jiffy Cornbread Pizza

Thursday: Football (dinner with my parents for my husband’s coaching debut)

Friday: Chicken Alfredo Rollups (found on Pinterest)

Saturday: Homemade Pizza

Sunday: PPP’s Chicken and Dumpling Casserole

Keep an eye on the ingredients in the cottage cheese. We just found out that most cottage cheeses are not gluten free :(
