Now that you have mastered making your Homemade Mayo, its time to turn that into popular Homemade Ranch Dressing. With summertime salads and garden produce in abundance, this is a great, fresh dressing to have on hand.

Homemade Ranch Dressing

What You Need:

  • Homemade Mayo Recipe ** or 1 cup of store bought mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain, whole milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped fine or ran through garlic press
  • small amount of onion (I use about 1 T.), chopped very fine
  • 1/2 t. dried parsley
  • 3 -4 t. dill weed
  • 2 t. apple cider vinegar

Mix all the ingredients together. Salad dressing won’t be as thick as you may be used to. It is very tasty and best of all, healthier for you, as you know what ingredients are in it. Keeps well in the frig, at least 2 weeks.

Enjoy!
