Hot Roll Mix

I’ll be posting some recipes over the next couple weeks that I made using this mix. It’s a good thing to have in your pantry and it fits just perfectly in a glass gallon jar!

Hot Roll Mix

What you need:

  • 20 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 t. salt
  • 1 c. dry milk

Mix all ingredients together well and put in a container or jar. Will last at least 6-8 months.

    I stumbled across your site and was going to make the hot dog buns using your hot roll mix, but the recipe is gone. Can you help :} Great site. We are working on getting land next year and hopefully be able to do much more than we can in the rental we are in now. Have a blessed day.

  2. hi Merissa l can’t seem to find anything on how to make basic rolls on the site, forgive me but l am computer challenged and it may be right under my nose could you help me l was trying to use the hot roll mix and just don’t know what to do , thanking you in advance for your help on this and love your recipes! l use the breadmaker recipes with awesome success!

  4. since I see you make gluten free items, can I ask if you have tried this gluten free and if it works well?

    And just an explanation for all the people commenting. This is a basic mix similar to the idea of bisquick. In the comments are recipes she has posted to use it with.
