I'm going to be trying something new over the next couple weeks and I'd love your feedback! One of the questions that I get the most is "How do I start meal planning?"
I know that most of us want to have fresh, healthy, from scratch meals each night but really, who has the time? And then to make the time to plan out those meals.... Well, I'm hoping the new Meal Plan Mondays will be helpful to you! Each meal plans post will now include what you can make ahead and have ready, meals and recipes for the week, a shopping list, and more. You can follow right along with me easily!
If you have any ideas or thoughts on how I can make this easier for you, just send me an email and let me know. Then, next Monday, we will get meal planning!

Oh that sounds great… along with how to make them inexpensive?
My hubby normally cooks, but I’m tired of eating the same thing all of the time, but he cooks on a budget. Learning to meal plan w/ variety and on a tight budget would be AWESOME! (Also… maybe something for the kiddos?) We have a 2 y.o., a 9 y.o., and a kid in a year who will be eating normal people food lol.

I have been meal planning for a year. One of the things that helps me espically for when i need to go back and use previous menus because I’m pressed for time, Is to have a meal planning binder. In it I can keep all of my menus and all the shopping list and recipies for those meals in one spot!!!
I made a front & and back cover for my menu binder along with an inner page that you make 52 copies of (one for each week in a year). I would LOVE to share it with your readers if you do not mind!!
I’d love that Dawnielle! Just shoot me an email at admin@littlehouseliving.com.

I wrote a post about how I make menu planning work for me. I’m not sure if any of the info would be helpful or not but here’s the link:
