Yes, I know it's Tuesday but I'm running a little late on getting this up this week. We are still having trouble with sticking to the meal plans I've been making so we decided to come up with a new plan. I think full Once a Month Cooking would be too much for me right now but I like the concept of having things ready to go. This is made even more difficult by the fact that we don't eat any processed or prepared foods. So what I've come up with is a combination of cooking, baking day, freezer cooking, and making my own convenience foods. I really am hoping this new method will work and I hope to expand on ideas, recipes, and baking days on the site if it does!
