Monday:
Baked Chicken Breasts

Tuesday:
Cheesy Rice Soup (Use pre-made freezer rice)
To make soup use chicken broth, rice, and add in any veggies you have on hand. A few minutes before serving add in cheddar cheese.

Wednesday:
Chicken Enchiladas(using leftover chicken from Monday), Spanish Rice (Use premade freezer rice, just add diced tomatoes, garlic salt, and heat together.

Thursday:
Mini Meatloaves, Baked Potatoes
Use your favorite meatloaf recipe but make the meatloaves in a muffin pan instead!

Friday:
Pizza, Crockpot Peach Cobbler
To make cobbler, simply add a can or jar of diced peaches into the crock pot. Sprinkle the Topping Mix (see below) on top and top that with melted butter. Cook on low until bubbly.

Saturday:
Spaghetti and Meatsauce (Use leftover meatloaves in meatsauce)

Some ideas for extras to make for this week.

Get the printable shopping list for Week 1..

*Remember that this is just a "skeleton" of a meal plan. Make sure to add in fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season in your area.

Saving Money on Week 1 Meal Plans:
Don't feel like you have to buy "spaghetti noodles" if you don't have any. It will taste the same with elbow, penne, or whatever pasta you have on hand!

Wow, this is the coolest! I always make extra to freeze but have never been organized enough like this to plan to use it :-) This really is a great idea. Thank you! And that peach crockpot thing sounds amazing. We do gluten fee so am going to try that. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

I’m really glad you guys are liking this plan! I plan to continue bringing you menus like this each week as long as I can. Hopefully it will help give you a better idea of how to meal plan and how to plan ahead with making meals!

THANK YOU for this. I was trying 30 day meal planning, but couldn;t wrangle childcare for a day. This! I can do on Sunday afternoons. You are wonderful. Please keep them coming.
