Post image for Mountain Rose Herbs: A Review and A Giveaway!

I had the pleasure of receiving several items to try from Mountain Rose Herbs. The company prides itself on exceptional quality of their products. In looking through their website, they have a vast array of items, including bulk spices and herbs, teas, essential oils and several health products. They also pride themself on providing sustainable organic products and are working towards the advancement of organic agriculture.

I was very impressed and delighted at the quality of the products they sent. If you are looking for quality products for yourself or for gift-giving, you should definitely check them out.

Here is what I received for review:
4 ounce boxed package of Easy Day Tea
4 ounce boxed package of Jasmine Pearls Tea
One-2 inch Tea and Herb Ball
1.3 ounce jar of Mexican Seasoning
2 ounce jar of Grilling Herbs

I am a tea lover and drink tea daily. I also have a family that is tea loving. We brew it by the half gallon to the gallon...we love it so much. I couldn't have been more pleased with the loose teas that I received from Mountain Rose Herbs.

(You can find my tea maker on Amazon here.)

The Easy Day Tea we brewed by the half gallon and it was delicious. Everyone in my family loved it and we also had company that we shared it with. They enjoyed it also. I did add in a slight amount of Stevia to it, for sweetening. I served it over ice and it was the perfect iced tea. It has actually become one of our top favorites. Very smooth flavor, slightly minty, very refreshing.

We are also looking forward to trying their exceptional quality seasonings and seasoning blends. I am excited about the Mexican Seasoning and adding it to a rice combo when making burritos. It smells bold and fresh and crisp. We did try the Grilling Herbs Seasoning. This time of year lends itself to outdoor grilling and the fresh flavors of the season.

We used the grilling herb seasoning on our fresh garden produce. It was a wonderful addition of herbs and garlic to our squash and pepper mix. Definitely something we will continue to use on the vegetables, as a part of our grilling. It would also be good on a grilled chicken fillet....with just the right amount of herbal seasoning.

It has been a pleasure sampling the organic trades from Mountain Rose Herbs. It will definitely be an additional online shopping spot for me to enjoy in the future. Check them out...and be sure to enter the giveaway!

Until next time,

Mountain Rose Herbs would like to give one Little House Living reader the chance to try their products! One winner will receive a pack just like I did above.
