Recipe to share – This is a great recipe for family or group get togehter. Can be made up ahead of time and frozen, until needed.
1 Pkg. Tortilla Shells
2 lbs shredded cheddar cheese
2 lb. Hamburger – browned
2 tsps. Chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sage
(or you can use 1 – 2 pkgs of taco seasoning mix)
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Soup can of water
1 small can chopped jalepeno peppers (option)
Mix hamburger & soup mix together. (Save 1/3 of soup mixture, to pour over top of rolled shells)
Place a spoonful of mix on a tortilla shell (in center), top with cheese, roll up and place in cake/baking pan.
Once you have rolled up all of the tortilla shells, pour remaining soup mixture over top & sprinkle with more cheese & bake
Bake at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes. (Making sure the dish has heated all the way through)

Set up Taco, topping bar for tortilla: Tomatoes, lettuce, onions, sour cream, cheese, ect.

Serve dish hot & let everyone add whatever toppings they want to add.
