I love discovering new recipes as I’m sure most of my readers do. So if you posted an awesome recipe on your blog this week, link it up here! My favorite recipe shared last week was this on for Easy Tomato Salad. I love tomatoes!

Gluten Free Brownies
1 (15oz) can of black beans
3 lg eggs
1/3 C melted butter
1/4 C cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 C+2 Tbl sugar
1/2 C chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350, greas an 8″ pan
Drain and rinse beans, add everything to food processor except chocolate chips and process until smooth. Pour into pan and top with chocolate chips.
Bake 30-35 min
