Simple Homemade Gifts: Herbal Bath Salts

There is nothing better in the winter than a nice warm bath! give one of your gift recipients this year a special healing bath by making some of these Herbal Bath Salts.

This recipe includes clay (which I highly recommend Redmond Clay), Epsom Salts, and a blend of essential oils and herbs. You can customize to your needed scents and healing capabilities!

This would be a great gift to add into a body and bath gift basket if you want to make it a little "more". Or just giving the salts in a pretty glass jar would be a great gift too!

Hi Again, Kind Merissa, I am trying to get an answer to this question, if you would be so gracious to help me. Can I use pool salts (got it from Walmart and says it has no additives) or canning and pickling salts in the Bath Salts recipes you are so kind to share with us? Thanks again for any help you can give.
God Bless you and yours!

Pool Salts would be something different, I would stay away from those in bath salts. Canning or pickling salt would work in place of sea salt but it isn’t quite the same as epsom salts which are made from magnesium sulfate.
