Hey guys! It's me again, Erin, the smoothie-aholic. I am back again with another simple, but very delicious smoothie. Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie. This smoothie is great because I made it with fresh fruit. It is full of antioxidants. Super good!
Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie
What You Need:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- honey or sugar (the amount depends on how sweet you would like your smoothie)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- & Enjoy!
Sometimes I prepare little baggies in advance and keep in freezer and add milk when I am ready to blend. Other times I make extra of the fresh stuff and keep an extra cup in the fridge for the next day.
As you may remember from a previous smoothie recipe I posts, I love blending up these delicious, healthy drinks. They are perfect for breakfast or snacks. Sometimes I make one for a light meal.
