Hey guys! It's me again, Erin, the smoothie-aholic. I am back again with another simple, but very delicious smoothie. Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie. This smoothie is great because I made it with fresh fruit. It is full of antioxidants. Super good!

Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

What You Need:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • honey or sugar (the amount depends on how sweet you would like your smoothie)

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend
  • & Enjoy!

Sometimes I prepare little baggies in advance and keep in freezer and add milk when I am ready to blend. Other times I make extra of the fresh stuff and keep an extra cup in the fridge for the next day.

As you may remember from a previous smoothie recipe I posts, I love blending up these delicious, healthy drinks. They are perfect for breakfast or snacks. Sometimes I make one for a light meal.  Adding other flavorless ingredients like dry oats, spinach, and avocado, add more nutrition and keeps you fuller longer throughout the day. Go on over to my blog to check out my "green smoothies."

delicious! i made some for my family and added no sugar but raw honey to make it sweeter. i did add some strawberry dip (which has a little sugar in it) for my sisters and they said it tastes like candy lol. this is a lot tastier than the green smoothies i force myself to drink!
