I love the way my house smells when I’m baking bread and I usually try and double whatever I’ve decided to make and put the second batch in the freezer (after baking) so I can get more done at one time. It saves me time and effort in the long run and it’s so nice to pull out a fresh, from scratch loaf of bread whenever it’s needed!

Which one of these bread recipes from scratch will you make first?

  2. Hi,

just a quick note to say how I love your blog. I love your lifestyle and the kind of posts you put up – they’re so practical and helpful. I have to say, I come from a tiny Island in the English Channel near France and when I make my boyfriend cornbread he gets very excited – such a winner.

    Much love from Jersey x

  3. Never met a bread I didn’t like! 😉 What a great list. Thanks for including my Cornbread recipe. I’ve never tried an Irish Soda, so I’ll give it a shot! 🙂

  4. Still looking for a Oatmeal bread recipe. Do you have one? I had one but… can’t find it. If and when I do, I’ll post it or send it. You have lots of different bread recipes. I like the sour dough starter bread I use to make sometime ago. Do you have the starter? It smells so good when making bread, muffins, pancakes or waffles. Hope you try it.
    Thanks again.

  5. Thanks Merissa, so many bread recipes to try. I think I will try the Irish Soda Bread.
    Love everything you do.

    Blessings
