Cheesy Corn Stuffed Jalapenos – Using the Garden Veggies
Welcome back to another episode of the Using the Garden Veggies Series! If you are new to Little House Living, this is a fun series that we host each summer where we share yummy recipes that you can use with your fresh garden veggies. I know that sometimes when that food comes into our homes in an abundance, it’s hard to get inspiration on how to use it!
This week we are featuring Jalapeno Peppers!
I’m not a big pepper-grower (I can’t ever seem to get them to grow right…too cold here?) but I know many people that are. Today, Aggie’s Kitchen is sharing a delicious looking recipe for Cheesy Corn Stuffed Jalapenos os if you have fresh corn on hand you can use not one but two fresh garden ingredients in this dish!
