Easy Strawberry Smoothie

Snacks vs. Meals.

It’s the big debate in our house, because while I slave (ok, maybe not literally) away making three healthful whole food meals every day, my daughter would really just prefer to snack all day.

String Cheese.

Smoothies.

Peanut Butter Balls.

That’s really all she wants to eat.

Which is why I came up with this EASY Strawberry Smoothie recipe. She thinks she’s getting a snack, but I know she’s getting all the nutrients she needs in a light meal. I love that this smoothie is packed with vitamin C, probiotics, and fiber.

  3. I was just wondering do you happen to know how long unopened greek yogurt lasts in the fridge I have had some for awhile a long while and I have not thrown it away cause I dont like wasting. Thankyou for this recipe too

  4. Made them for the kids to go with dinner: Vanilla Almond Milk, Organic Plain Greek Yogurt, Ground FlaxSeed, Banana, Strawberries, Blueberries and Honey…Kids Loved them..

  5. I am lactose intolerant and can’t get lactose free yogurt in my area. I can get lactose free ice cream. Should I just increase the amount of almond milk or replace the yogurt with the ice cream? Thanks
