Here is a list of our meals from Monday(budget day #2).
Breakfast Burritos(egg, onion, green pepper, tortillas)
All from food I had on hand or was in the freezer.
Leftover Chicken from yesterday
Tacos(hamburger, cheese, tortilla, taco sauce, and sour cream)
Everything for these I had in the freezer, except for the taco sauce, which is homemade and home canned, and the sour cream that I bought from THIS trip.
You may notice that we eat alot of tacos. Well they are cheap, healthy, easy to keep the ingredients on hand, and we haven’t gotten sick of them yet!
