I love discovering new recipes as I’m sure most of my readers do. So if you posted an awesome recipe on your blog this week, link it up here! If you have a recipe to share and you don’t have a blog just post it for us in the comments! I’ll be hosting this exchange every Tuesday so don’t forget to mark your calendars! Here’s the rules:
- The link posted must go directly to the recipe or weekly meal plans not to a homepage or a search category. All incorrect submissions will be deleted.
- And please link back to the recipe linky so everyone can join in the fun!
- In your linky please post a pic of the food(or something pretty) and the name of the recipe.
- Link up as many recipes or posts related to food as you like!
Last week our most popular recipe linked up was this one for Great Granola!
Link up gluten free recipes, dessert recipes, main dishes, or any kind of recipes you enjoy and want to share with others!

I’ve been making my own toothpaste for 5? years, partly because I figured my teeth couldn’t get any worse and I hate the flavor of commercial toothpaste. Guess what, I’ve had my first cavity free year EVER and zero gum disease. At my last appt the hygienist had to HUNT for plaque to scrape off .
2T coconut oil & vegetable glycerine (more glyc in winter keeps it pliable)
3T baking soda
5 drops/to taste cinnamon oil
5 drops (or as much as much as I can stand) tea tree oil
powdered stevia to taste (1/8tsp)
(coconut oil will need to be melted in winter to mix properly)
Nope, no fluoride, I was on the verge of having all my teeth pulled so I figured what the heck. My spouse has also had spectacular dental appts since we’ve switched. I’m looking for a more gentle abrasive than the baking soda but haven’t found one yet (so I brush gently). Sorry, wasn’t certain where to put this recipe – body care?
