Spinach Egg Bake Recipe – Using the Garden Veggies
Welcome back to another year of the Using the Garden Veggies Series! If you are new to Little House Living, this is a fun series that we host each summer where we share yummy recipes that you can use with your fresh garden veggies. I know that sometimes when that food comes into our homes in an abundance, it’s hard to get inspiration on how to use it!
This week we are featuring Spinach!
Spinach is generally one of the first things that arrives in the garden since the plants love the cool, early summer temps. This week’s featured Spinach recipe can be found over at Bunny’s Warm Oven, she’s sharing a lovely Spinach Egg Bake that would be perfect for brunch or for one of those “breakfast for supper” kind of days.
