I saw on a fellow blogger’s blog a while back a review for a Spoonk Space Acupressure Mat. I was curious to know more about it. I did acupuncture treatments for a couple months just to try it and I loved it, but after a while it just got too expensive to continue to go weekly.
So when I saw this Accupressure Mat I was intrigued. My back often hurts when I’ve been in my chair too long and my feet start to hurt when I’m in the kitchen working all day. The first day I got my Spoonk Space Acupressure Mat I had to try it out. It was a little strong for me at first so I wore my socks when I stepped on. According the the little booklet the mat came with, if I stood on it for a few minutes the tiredness and pressure in my feet should be gone. So I stood on it for about 8 minutes and got off. Once my feet got adjusted back to being on a smooth surface I realized that the tired feeling I had in my feet had gone!
I love the idea of healing for a natural sense. My husband thinks I’m crazy sometimes but I’d rather try natural solutions first before taking Tylenol or Motrin. For heachaches, I first try eating, if that doesn’t work I’ll try peppermint oil, and depending on how bad it is I’ll either go to the chiropractor and get an adjustment or I’ll finally give in and take some Tylenol. So when I heard about this mat and how it could help with things like headache, tiredness, and backache, all naturally I was excited!
Spoonk Mats are made out of a non-toxic plastic with an eco friendly fabric backing. Each mat has 230 flower shaped circles with a total of 6,210 points. They come in a nice little mesh bag so when you aren’t using it you can put it away.
Thanks to Spoonk Space, one of my readers will get the chance to have their very own Spoonk Acupressure Mat!
