If you’ve been following the blog for the last few weeks you may have realized we’ve been posting lots of great recipes using fresh garden produce. It’s all part of a summer long series I’ve been working with some great bloggers on to help give you some ideas on how to use that bountiful produce since I know it can get uninspiring after a while!
Today is all about the bountiful zucchini!
You already know that I totally love zucchini! We will eat it in place of noodles, as a side dish, fried in a main dish, and baked in goodies. We love zucchini at our house! One of my favorite things about zucchini is that it’s so versatile and can be used in many different ways throughout the year.
Today you will want to make sure to head over to the Bargain Blessings blog to get a great Summer Squash Recipe, doesn’t that look good?
Here are some other great recipes to use your garden zucchini in case you could use a little inspiration today!
Freezing Zucchini (& How to Video)
Make sure to come back on Thursday when I’m sharing an excellent recipe for a Summer Zucchini Fry (that we just LOVE!) and I’m planning on sharing some brand new (and totally delicious) recipes using yellow squash also starting on Friday! It’s that’s time of year. 🙂
