•  Butter •  Flour •  Brown sugar •  Chocolate chips

In a saucepan, melt together 1/3 cup of butter and 1/3 cup of brown sugar. Let it boil together for about a minute after it has melted.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and remaining butter and brown sugar. It helps if you melt the butter.

Press the flour mixture into the pan. You don’t need to grease the pan.

Pour the toffee mixture on top. Bake in the oven at 325F for 15 minutes.
