Ingredients

• Warm water • Oil • Bread flour • Sugar • Salt • Yeast

Add all the ingredients in the order listed into the bread machine.

Makes life easy! If you are making the dough in the bread machine, just put the ingredients in and hit the dough setting.

03.

After the dough is done in the bread machine or using traditional mixing methods, punch it down.

04.

Just divide the dough and add whatever to the lump of dough. For this particular batch, I made half regular bagels and half chocolate chip.
