Slice and Bake Cookies Recipe

Make your own slice and bake cookie dough to store in the freezer, and pull out when you want fresh cookies but don’t want to mix them up!

Ingredients

• Butter • Sugar • Eggs • Vanilla extract • Flour • Baking soda

01.

Beat together the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until fluffy. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for this.

02.

Add in the all purpose flour and baking soda until well incorporated.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll those into logs. There's no need to chill in the refrigerator, they can go straight in the freezer.
