No Nut Oatmeal Bites

These simple little bites are fun for your children to make and they will love to eat them too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/3 cup Sunbutter (or any Sunflower Seed Butter)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Coconut dried/shredded
  • 1/2 cup Crispy Cereal

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Mix together well and then place the mixture into the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Once the mixture has rested/cooled, form into 1 inch size balls with your hands.

  4. Enjoy immediately or place the balls in the fridge to hard a bit more and enjoy later.
