Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg, pumpkin, and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and mix with wet ingredients.
Scoop by spoonfuls onto a baking stone. Flatten with fingers. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Let cool. Once cooled, you have the option of adding the cream cheese icing.
