Instructions
Add ingredients together in the order indicated in the bread machine. Run on the "Dough" cycle. After it finishes roll into a large roll and let rise in a warm place covered with a clean towel for about 40 minutes.
After it finishes rising brush the surface with egg whites.
Then sprinkle cheese on top. I used cheddar and parmesan.
Bake at 400F for 20 -25 minutes.
