Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt or Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until the sugar has "melted" into the yogurt and cream cheese. Serve with your favorite fruits.

Recipe Notes

This also makes a good "dressing" for fruit salad! For a simple fruit salad, mix sliced bananas, grapes, apples, and strawberries and fold in a small amount of the Yogurt Fruit Dip Recipe and stir until the fruit is lightly coated.
