1/3c.white sugarOr omit both the sugars and replace it with 2/3 c. turbinado sugar
2eggs
1/2c.cream
1c.pumpkin
1/4t.nutmeg
1/2t.cinnamon
pinchof salt

Instructions
In a bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, and pumpkin.
Mix in the cream
Add in the salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Using a fork, Mix up the ingredients for the Butter Pie Crust Recipe.
Lightly grease your jars or a pie plate.
If making your pie in jars:
fill the jars with the pumpkin pie mixture. Make sure not to fill them too full.
Use a cookie cutter to make a fancy shape or just a flattened circle from the pie crust dough. Place it on top of the jar. Make sure the pie has a little room to breath by cutting few little slits in the top.
If using a pie plate:
Roll your crust out and spread it in the bottom of your pie pan. Make sure not to fill it too full. You can also add fancy shapes to the top with any leftover pie crust. Make sure to leave plenty of room for it to breath.
