Almond Flour Pizza 

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup arrowroot
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • seasonings such as basil, sage, or oregano
  • 2 eggs if doubling the recipe, just use 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond milk more or less

Toppings:

  • Pizza Sauce
  • Cheese
  • Sliced veggies, pepperoni, sausage or other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 425
  2. Mix up dry ingredients, and seasonings in a large bowl.
  3. Add eggs and almond milk, and mix well. The batter will be runnier than you expect, not at all like pizza dough, but this is ok.
  4. Spread the batter out on a greased cookie sheet with a rubber spatula.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choosing.
  6. Bake 10 more minutes.

Recipe Notes

This is for a thin crust pizza, but if you want it thicker, just double it. This pizza will feed two, possibly four people, if you have a salad too.
