This simple recipe is sure to please! These cookies are super crunchy and easy to make. Add in a hint of chocolate and you've got a great little treat!
Ingredients
1/2cupall purpose flouryou can also use gluten free flour
1/2cupbrown sugarwe used raw sugar
pinchof salt
1/4teaspoonbaking powder
1/2cupold fashioned oats
2tablespoonsmilk
6tablespoonsbutter
melted chocolateoptional
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
Melt the butter and add it and the milk into the mixture, stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
Drop by teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet (I did not grease mine, these have quite a bit of butter in them).
Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes (depending on how hot your oven is), until the edges start to get very slightly brown.
Let the cookies cool before removing them from the cookie sheet. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
