Ingredients

  • 2 eggs separated
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 4 Bananas the more ripe the better!

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mash up bananas, mix in egg yolks and flour.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat egg white until they are frothy and form soft peaks. Once soft peaks have formed, fold in ingredients from the other bowl. Keep folding in until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

  3. Now your batter is ready for the waffle maker! Follow your instructions on you waffle iron to cook the waffles.
