Mix together all ingredients except for the cream cheese and the chocolate chips. Pour in a 9x9 pan and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake sit until it is completely cooled off.
When the cake has cooled, crumble it up into small pieces.
Soften the cream cheese until it's soft and workable.
Mix the cream cheese in with the crumbled cake mix. Try and mix evenly so you don't have big clumps of cream cheese anywhere.
Shape into balls. You can use a cookie dough scooper. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle on top of the truffle balls. Let the chocolate on top cool and store in the fridge.
