Quick Strawberry Ice Cream


  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup frozen strawberries


  1. For best results, stick your blender jar in the freezer for a while before you start this recipe.  If you are in too much of a hurry to do this, the final product will still be tasty but not quite as cold.
  2. Blend together the cream, eggs, and sugar first. Then add the strawberries a few at a time. Serve immediately after making.
