Pumpkin Bites Recipe


  • 1 cup pureed Pumpkin
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar or brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour we use All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder


  1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and add in the pureed pumpkin and pearsauce. Mix Well
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Drop the batter into a greased or lined MINI muffin tin, filling each of the cups at least 3/4 full. (fuller is ok)
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the bites are nicely puffed up and not wet to the touch. They will collapse after removing them from the heat. Enjoy warm or cold.
