Corn Pumpkin Muffins


  • 1 jar Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 15 ounce can (or about 2 cupof Pumpkin Puree


  1. Mix both ingredients together until no dry mix remains.
  2. Line or grease a muffin pan and drop the muffins in with a muffin scoop.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of one of the muffins comes out clean.
  4. Serve warm with butter and/or honey.
