Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour can be gluten free all purpose flour
  • 4 Tablespoons old fashioned oats
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 quart Cooked or canned apples or canned apple pie filling

Instructions

  1. n a small bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, oats, and butter. (Easiest to mix with a fork.)
  2. In the clean jars, add the cooked apples to make them fill up about halfway.
  3. Divide the oat/flour mixture among the tops of the jars to make them about ¾ of the way full between the 2 mixtures.
  4. Fill a large sided baking dish up about halfway with warm water. Place the jars into this dish before baking.

  5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the apples are bubbly.
