Mix together all the ingredients for the crumbles in a bowl. Set aside 1 1/2 cup of the crumbles for the topping.

To remaining crumbles, add 1 egg, 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda.

Beat well until no longer lumpy then add another 1/2 cup buttermilk. Beat for about another 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the top. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
