Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup + 1/8 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to jar in order.
  2. They will loosely layer on top of one another to fill the jar. (Note: if you pre-mix the ingredients, they won't fill the jar because of how they settle together.)
  3. If you run out of room in your jar or live in a very warm climate where melting would be an issue, you might want to leave the Chocolate Chips out. You can keep a baggie with a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with your mix.
