Slow Cooker Breakfast Casserole Recipe


  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 6 russet potatoes peeled and shredded with a cheese grater (or use pre-made hash browns)
  • 2 cups of cheese shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Brown sausage in a pan, over medium heat, until cooked through. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk and beat until well mixed. Add in sausage, potatoes, cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Transfer mixture into a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
