Sage Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 10 cloves
  • 8 cardamom pods
  • A Handful of fresh sage leaves
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add in the cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and cloves to the pot, and allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove it from the heat and add in the sage and mint.
  4. Cover it and let it sit for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture and serve hot.

Recipe Notes

You can add honey if you desire a bit of sweetness, but skip the refined sugar to ensure the integrity of the immune-boosting properties.
