Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the butter and brown sugar together until boiling. Boil while stirring for 2 minutes. Add in the milk and stir until almost boiling.

  2. Remove the mixture from heat and cool for a few minutes, add in the powdered sugar with a whisk and mix until incorporated.
  3. Place in a mixer or using electric hand mixers, whip the icing until light and fluffy. You can use this to frost immediately after whipping.
