Simple Homemade Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 quart of Canned Peaches drained or about 2-3 cups of diced peaches
  • 1 cup Flour can use Gluten Free Flour
  • 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar or turbinado
  • 1/2 cup melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Drain the excess juice from the diced peaches. You'll want to leave just a little bit in so it does not stick.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and oats.
  3. Pour the peaches in your slow cooker for the bottom layer.
  4. Pour the flour mixture on the top of the peaches.
  5. Pour the melted butter on top of the flour layer. I always poke some spots in the flour with a fork so a bit of the butter drains down but don't mix it in.
  6. Cook on a low heat setting for 3-4 hours or until bubbly.
