All this summer we are featuring delicious recipes from some of my blogger friends and I and showing you some great ways to use your fresh summer produce.
This week’s featured veggie is Yellow Squash! It’s always a family favorite at our house, whether we use it in a dish or simply fry it up with a bit of butter to serve as a simple side dish. Today I’m sharing with you my recipe for Yellow Squash Cheddar Biscuits. These are SO good and your family won’t even know they are packed with healthy veggies!
Looking for more yummy recipes using fresh summer squash? Here are a few to try:
- Yellow Squash Doughnuts (you HAVE to try these!)

Make sure you keeping on checking back each Friday this summer for a new post in our Using the Garden Veggies series for some great recipes to use that garden abundance!
These look great!!!!! Can’t wait to try them!
PInning and sharing
Oh my those look so delicious! Pinned. Thank you for sharing at Merry Monday!
Thanks for sharing at the Inspiration Spotlight Party! Pinned & shared. Hope to see you again soon.
These look awesome. I regularly make pumpkin scones (biscuits) but have never tried using summer squash before. It’s winter here at the moment (Australia) so I’m pinning this recipe for future reference. Thanks for sharing!
These sound amazing! Thanks for linking up to Saturday Sparks. You have been featured today.
