Start by softening the cream cheese. You can do this by leaving it on the counter for a little while or by sticking it in the microwave for a few seconds.

Once softened, add in the brown sugar. After you stir the mixture, let it sit and let the brown sugar "melt" into the cream cheese. It takes about 5 minutes for this. After it blends in, stir well.

Whip in the cocoa powder. You can do this with a spoon or if you prefer a really light and airy dip, you can mix it with the electric hand mixers. If you simply want a chocolate cheesecake dip you can stop here and enjoy!
