Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix together the dry ingredients.

  2. Mix together the wet ingredients.

  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix only until dry ingredients are incorporated, being sure not to over mix.

  4. Fry as you would pancakes or make waffles in a waffle iron.
