Ingredients

  • 9 cups oats
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cup raisins we like the golden raisins, optional
  • 1/2 cup pecans optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, salt, cinnamon, and pecans. In a separate saucepan, heat together the honey and coconut oil. Bring it to a gentle boil. Pour it over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place on two cookie sheets (line with parchment paper for easy clean up) and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350.

    You can abke longer for crunchier granola or the 10 minutes for soft granola.
