Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese whipped
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream organic
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon turbinado sugar

Instructions

  1. First, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. If you're doing this by hand, it'll take at least 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor and use an electric mixer.

  2. Next, add the cream cheese. Whip it into the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

  3. Add the vanilla and sugar and mix for 1-2 minutes until thoroughly combined.

Recipe Notes

Now you can use it to frost anything you'd like. It'll keep in the refrigerator for a day or two, but it won't last that long. Don't feel like making a cake? This cream cheese frosting also tastes terrific as a dip for fresh fruit.
